Here at Rose Leaf Foundation, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2019, we have been determined to make an impact in the lives of those we serve. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

Mission Statement

Empowering young people who have aged out of foster care in South Carolina re-envision their lives as they work toward becoming self-sustaining, productive and purpose-driven citizens.

Our vision is to become South Carolina's go-to resource for supporting, guiding, and empowering young people who have aged out of foster care.
